Reflection period/return It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.75 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Please include the shipping slip and state the account number into which we can refund the purchase amount. (We cannot see the account number of your payment because the payment is made through a secure payment company).

NB! We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail without proof of postage. We therefore advise you to send returns with track & trace.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in the value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact us for this at [email protected]. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
